Head Office Training Programme

This encompasses a five day residential training course at the head office in Somerset, England. It focuses on all the aspects necessary to operate an Ayton Global Research business. This includes sales and marketing strategy, developing comprehensive databases, the logistics of the operation, understanding the bespoke online system, operating all the functional aspects of the system, administration procedures and how to manage all queries.

Launch Programme

The launch programme will consist of a combination of various online technical and promotional activities to help instigate the generation of registered volunteers. It has no time limit, but has a guaranteed minimum level of 5,000 registered volunteers in most territories/regions.

Ayton Server

The Ayton server is fully optimised to operate smoothly on a global basis. Your franchise will include all ongoing development costs to ensure that your franchise benefits from the latest developments and is fully functional in your territory and language. However, it is your responsibility as a franchisee, to ensure that your service complies with all local legislation.

Administration Package

This is a range of all the branded promotional material/stationery that a Franchisee would require to operate the business and is constantly updated online.

Operations Manual

The highly valuable know-how and expertise relating to the complete Ayton Global Research business method is documented in a comprehensive and attractive manual. It represents the Intellectual Property Rights of Ayton Global Research as Franchisor and is made available online to the Franchisee for the duration of the franchise.

Licensing Rights

The Franchisee is granted the right to trade under the Ayton Global Research corporate identity and enjoy all the benefits of being part of an international company with the full back-up and support services of the Franchisor. Ayton System Software provides the Franchisee with access to the bespoke software system. As such, it is the intellectual property rights of the Franchisor and is made available under a ‘licence to use’ agreement to the Franchisee for the duration of the legal contract.
